Sauté Grouper filet with crab meat and smoked Havarti cheese

 

Mix together egg, milk and seasoned flour (flour should be seasoned with garlic, black pepper and salt to taste)

 

Dip grouper filet into the egg/milk/flour mixture and coat well

 

Pour olive oil n sauce pan, coating bottom of pan.  Sauté grouper in olive oil until golden brown.  Do not cook all the way through; you will finish it in the oven.

 

Mix together the following:

1 pound crab meat

¼ cup mayo

½ teaspoon granulated garlic

1 egg (beaten)

½ teaspoon each salt and pepper

 

Put grouper on backing sheet

Spread crab meat mixture on top of fish

Place smoked Havarti cheese over the crabmeat

 

Bake in oven at 350degrees until cheese has melted or approximately 10 minutes
