Chocolate Brittle

Saltine Crackers
1 cup butter ( not Oleo)
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz chocolate chips (I use semi sweet)

Spray jelly roll pan with Pam.   Arrange crackers, salt side up, to cover bottom.
Boil butter and brown sugar for 2 minutes, stirring several times.
Pour over crackers.  Bake for 5 minutes at 400 or until brown ( make sure the crackers do not shift.)
cool 5 minutes
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and spread evenly
Chill
Remove from pan and cut or break into pieces.
