"Food for thought" cooking show is Port St Joe's very own fun, interesting and sometimes crazy version of Emeril, or even Julia Childs cooking show.

Our host is Patti Blaylock from the wonderful Sunset Coastal Grill. (Patti must be crazy for allowing us to talk her into this, but we are completely delighted and thank her very much for getting us off the ground with this exciting cooking show.

The show will feature local food and chefs. We plan to have chefs from all the local restaurants on the show. In addition, we will be "showing off" some of our local talent and recipes - you can already see Mary Gibson's  Vidalia onion relish on the recipe pages!!!
